Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (IIoT/OT/IT) to join our dedicated team. Work remotely and contribute to innovative projects that shape the future of advanced manufacturing. Join us in creating world-class Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions for the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable IIoT applications for manufacturing environments.
Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces for industrial monitoring and control systems.
Implement server-side logic and integrate seamlessly with various databases and APIs.
Collaborate with Rockwell Automation software to communicate with industrial control systems.
Apply PTC's Kepware for data collection and Thingworx for IIoT application development.
Develop and maintain SCADA systems for real-time monitoring and control.
Collaborate exceptionally with multi-functional teams including hardware engineers and data scientists.
Enhance application performance and solve issues in production environments to ensure seamless execution.
Know the latest trends in IIoT and manufacturing, including emerging technologies and standard methodologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in full stack development.
Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue).
Strong back-end development skills (Node.js, Python, or Java).
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC-UA).
Knowledge of Rockwell Automation software suite.
Experience with PTC's Kepware and Thingworx platforms.
Understanding of SCADA systems and industrial control processes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Strong problem-solving skills and strict attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the manufacturing or industrial automation sector.
Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning techniques
Experience with real-time data processing and visualization.
