Position: Full Stack AI Developer

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Australian Eastern Time

Holidays: TBD

Pay Range: 2,000 - 2,500 USD/month

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain machine learning pipelines that support the training and deployment of AI models.
Collaborate closely with the product team to understand requirements and implement AI solutions that meet business needs.
Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to enhance model performance and user interaction.
Work with data engineers to ensure seamless data integration and availability for model training.
Monitor and evaluate model performance, implementing improvements as necessary.
Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and methodologies to enhance our capabilities continually.

Requirements

Proficiency in Python programming with a strong understanding of machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Experience with Azure ML services and cloud infrastructure for deploying scalable machine learning solutions.
Knowledge of machine learning lifecycle management and ML pipeline tools such as MLflow and Kubeflow.
Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities within cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
Proven experience in AI engineering or full-stack development roles.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
