Job description

Associate Program Manager, Scalable Engagements

HubSpot Academy is on a mission to be the place people go to learn how to start and grow a business. We offer a variety of educational and inspirational content — from blog posts to lessons and full certification courses — that provides valuable business training to people all over the world. This educational content generates new customers for the business and delights ‌existing ones in service of achieving their business and career goals.

The next step in achieving our mission is to continue to expand the educational content and programming for our global learners, in partnership with the Scaled Customer Success team.

As part of the Academy Live team, you’ll be responsible for crafting programs that help learners grow better with HubSpot. To start, you’ll focus on scaling our Small Group Coaching program in collaboration with the Scaled Customer Success team. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and passionate about solving for the customer. We’re looking for someone who can manage full executional ownership, from ideation to reporting and optimization, while thinking outside-the-box to ensure we’re meeting the needs of HubSpot learners.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Scale Small Group Coaching to reach thousands of customers (quarterly)
  • Collaborate with the Scaled Customer Success team to develop and implement new experiences to increase usage amongst the install base
  • Track and analyze program data to continuously improve and iterate
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in implementation and onboarding functions
  • Partner with other Program Managers to identify content gaps and create experiences to hit the greater HubSpot team’s goals
  • Help coordinate education content, including slides, worksheets, etc.
  • Join an innovative team that’s passionate about bringing digital marketing to customer success

We’re looking for people who:

  • Have proven experience as a Program Manager, or similar role — with a track record of successfully planning and executing programs of varying sizes and complexity
  • Have a global mindset, accounting for diverse perspectives and goals
  • Are agile and experimental, bringing new ideas to the team and moving at a fast pace
  • Focus on innovation — with the ability to understand where cohort learning has been, where it is today, and where it’s going
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Are detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Have the ability to be hands on, with comfort in driving both strategy and day-to-day execution

We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply — we’d love to hear from you.

If you need accommodations or assistance due to a disability, please reach out to us using this form. This information will be treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of determining an appropriate accommodation for the interview process.

At HubSpot, we value both flexibility and connection. Whether you’re a Remote employee, or work from the Office, we want you to start your journey here by building strong connections with your team and peers.

If you are joining our Engineering team in a full-time role, you will be required to attend a regional HubSpot office for in-person onboarding. If you join our broader Product team, you’ll also attend other in-person events such as HubSpot’s annual PEER week, your Product Group Summit, and other in-person gatherings to continue building on those connections.

If you require an accommodation due to travel limitations or other reasons, please inform your recruiter during the hiring process. We are committed to supporting candidates who may need alternative arrangements.
