Job Overview

Strikingly is excited to announce an opening for the role of Bilingual Korean Customer Support, also known as the Korean Happiness Officer. This position is integral to our mission of empowering individuals by providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embody Strikingly’s brand and personality in all customer interactions, ensuring consistency in our voice and tone.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to both new and existing clients through various channels, including email, chat, and social media.
  • Translate our product information and customer communications, such as newsletters and lifecycle emails, to enhance user engagement.
  • Cultivate deep knowledge of our products and internal tools to assist customers effectively.
  • Foster positivity and a sense of happiness in every interaction with customers and team members.

Required Skills

  • Proficient communication skills in both Korean and English.
  • A genuine passion for helping individuals with diverse learning needs.
  • Strong desire for continuous learning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
  • Prior experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for full-time employment (40 hours per week).
  • Technical requirements: a desktop or computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6 or higher, Core i3/AMD Ryzen 3 or better, and at least 20Mbps internet speed.

Qualifications
