Key responsabilities:
- Assist in implementing internal client management tools for user-friendly experiences
- Automate triggers based on customer journey
- Implement process improvements to optimize customer experience and internal activities
- Create documentation and flowcharts
- Communicate insights clearly to internal stakeholders
