<title>About the role</title>

We are looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Analyst to use the data provided to form business insights, spot potential for development and recommend changes in the business in order to manage and grow supply and demand for our ride-hailing operations in Romania. 

You will be working closely with the Operations Manager(s), where your work will have a direct impact on business growth by achieving supply milestones and key metrics.

<title>Your daily adventures will include:</title>

  • <point>Gathering and analyzing data from various sources (rides data, user feedback, financial reports, etc.) to monitor supply/demand performance and create reports with key insights for stakeholders.</point>
  • <point>Tracking and developing KPIs (e.g.: ride volumes, driver availability, customer satisfaction, and revenue) and dashboards to monitor real-time company performance.</point>
  • <point>Conducting and benchmarking market research to understand trends and compare company performance against competitors.</point>
  • <point>Documenting and optimizing business processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.</point>
  • <point>Developing and recommending scenarios and strategies to support strategic planning and forecasting.</point>
  • <point>Leading projects and communicating with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, etc.) to ensure operational success and alignment on business goals.</point>

  • <point>You can manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, staying well-organized and meeting deadlines.</point>

  • <point>You possess a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in your work.</point>
