Job description

GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Social Media Advertising Specialist to join our team. The role requires managing, optimizing, and executing paid social media campaigns across various platforms to drive B2B client success. This role will collaborate closely with the Paid Social Director to ensure campaign objectives are met and exceeded through data-driven optimizations and proactive client communication.

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

The Role:

  • Run and optimize paid B2B social campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and X
  • Monitor campaign performance, making adjustments to drive results
  • Manage multiple campaigns, ensuring timely execution and quality control
  • Check budgets, creatives, UTMs, and landing page alignment with campaign goals
  • Update and refresh ads and creatives based on campaign needs
  • Pull and analyze reports to support the Paid Social Director and client requests

The Requirements:

  • 2+ years managing Meta ads, including setup, optimization, and campaign analysis
  • Strong understanding of paid media metrics like ROAS, CTR, and CPM
  • Experience building real-time reports in Excel or Google Sheets to track ad performance
  • Skilled in analyzing ad data to give actionable client recommendations
  • Proven ability to monitor and adjust ad spend and budgets based on performance
  • Fluent in English with proactive communication, able to work EST hours
