Job description

This is a remote position.

Scope:

Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within the typical Pacific business hours
Work remotely, aligning with client’s time zone
Handle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
Collaborate with the agency team to meet client objectives

Responsibilities:

Convert podcast transcripts into SEO-optimized blog posts using AI tools and manual editing
Manage social media accounts, connecting with potential contacts and sending templated messages
Transcribe podcast audio into written documents
Post and optimize blog content on WordPress sites using Yoast SEO
Assist with various administrative and marketing tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Experience in digital marketing, preferably in content creation or social media management
Familiarity with WordPress and SEO optimization tools like Yoast
Strong written communication skills in English
Ability to follow detailed processes and instructions
Basic understanding of the podcast industry and content marketing
Proficiency in using AI tools for content generation
