As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of digital innovation in the construction sector. You’ll orchestrate comprehensive marketing campaigns, from SEO to social media, tailored for construction companies. This role offers a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on management. You’ll be the linchpin in our operation, translating client needs into actionable marketing strategies, and ensuring flawless execution by our offshore team.   • Transform client briefs into actionable, results-driven tasks for our marketing team

  • Act as the vital communication link between clients and our fulfillment team, ensuring clarity and alignment

  • Drive innovation in our marketing approaches, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices




Requirements
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing

  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple clients and complex projects simultaneously

  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, with the ability to craft data-driven campaigns

  • Self-starter mentality with a knack for independent problem-solving and project ownership

  • Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus, but not required – we value your marketing expertise most

  • Ability to work full-time on Melbourne time, collaborating with both local clients and our global team
