About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for a visionary Senior Director of Product to spearhead the expansion of our Developer Platform, API suite, and App Store, taking them to new heights. You’ll guide a product team dedicated to building an ecosystem of impactful, integrated applications and extensions that cater to the unique needs of the trades industry.

In this role, you’ll harness the potential of our existing partner program and robust API surface, champion and evolve our API strategy, and drive growth through strategic API monetization and partner collaboration. You’ll ensure the platform balances accessibility of the API to our customers and partners with appropriate checks and balances to facilitate appropriate competitive safeguarding ultimately to create a vibrant application and services marketplace that delivers immense value to customers and partners alike.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the ServiceTitan Marketplace, API and Developer Ecosystem products: Own the vision and execution of a thriving ecosystem, identifying and developing business use cases that drive growth and value for trades customers and partners.

  • Drive Product Vision: Develop and execute a high-impact, growth-focused product roadmap that supports scalable customer self-service experiences and expansion through strategic partners.

  • Shape Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Craft and implement GTM strategies to foster adoption and growth within the ServiceTitan Marketplace.

  • Collaborate with Key Partners: Work closely with high-profile partners to deliver custom, scalable integrations that align with unique customer needs.

  • End-to-End Product Ownership: Partner with business development, go-to-market, operations, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial development through deployment.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Strategic Leadership & Vision: 10+ years in product management, including leadership experience in app store and partner ecosystem development.

  • API Expertise: Proficiency in internal and external API development to support scalable, impactful solutions for a large and varied customer base.

  • Technical Insight & Collaboration: Strong background in working with engineering teams on development, maintenance, and deployment.

  • GM Mindset: Ability to lead with a focus on customer needs, monetization, operational efficiency, and product scalability.

  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Skill in defining business objectives, structuring problems, and setting clear priorities to drive meaningful results.

  • Customer & Partner Focus: Strong track record in building scalable products and supporting customer growth through effective partnerships.

  • Execution Excellence: Detail-oriented with a knack for balancing flexibility with consistency, knowing when to prioritize speed versus rigor.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $226,000 USD - $323,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
