Position Description

The ERP Integrations Product Manager will play a key role in developing, launching and managing a new enterprise-wide data integration hub across various Global Payments’ products and services. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to interact with external partners and internal business development leaders, lead new initiatives, and provide general thought leadership within the Product Management team. The ideal candidate will have: strong client-facing interpersonal skills to discover and evaluate business needs; a deep understanding of iPaaS solutions, API-based products/services, and ERP platforms; and strong leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams towards shared vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Vision: Define and execute the product roadmap for the enterprise-wide integration hub, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

  • Platform Development: Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to design, develop, and implement a scalable integration platform that enables seamless connectivity between internal and external systems.

  • API Management: Oversee the development and management of APIs, ensuring security, scalability, and ease of use to support business functions and integration requirements.

  • ERP Integration: Lead initiatives to integrate ERP systems with other enterprise applications, ensuring data consistency, process automation, and business continuity.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders from IT, operations, finance, and other departments to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure smooth integration across systems.

  • Vendor & Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend third-party solutions, ensuring alignment with the platform’s strategic direction. Manage relationships with iPaaS, API management, and ERP solution vendors.

  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings in the iPaaS and enterprise integration space, continuously refining the platform’s strategy to maintain a competitive edge.

  • KPIs & Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure platform performance, adoption, and impact on business processes. Continuously monitor and optimize the platform to drive efficiency and value.

  • Compliance & Security: Ensure the platform complies with organizational security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Relevant Experience or Degree in: Business or Computer Science; Combination of relevant training and/ or experience in lieu of degree

  • Typically Minimum 10+ Years Relevant Exp

  • Experience in similar business product services and/or external customer/market experience

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on enterprise integration platforms, iPaaS, API management, or ERP solutions.

  • Proven track record of delivering scalable integration solutions for complex, cross-functional enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Deep understanding of integration technologies, including iPaaS, API gateways, and ERP integrations.

  • Familiarity with modern integration patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture, etc.).

  • Experience with ERP platforms (Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, etc.) is highly desirable.

  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate complex integration challenges, think strategically, and provide innovative solutions.

Pay Range is $105,000.00 - $150,000.00

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
