The primary responsibility of the sustainment project manager is to work closely with existing EHS&S customers to successfully maintain their SpheraCloud Corporate Sustainability (SCCS) system. This position leads, coordinates, and monitors sustainment projects from the signature of the sustainment agreement to the completion of sustainment hours.  

Key Tasks:

  • To own and manage the successful outcomes of the assigned projects. 

  • To be the key focal point in the engagement with clients. 

  • Balance available resources to deliver incoming client sustainment requests. 

  • Accountability for the successful completion of the project hours 

  • Establishing a strong relationships and potential for upsell/expansion 

  • Contribute to the definition of the sustainment delivery model and methodology in support of Company strategy. 

  • Successfully manage and deliver assigned sustainment projects. 

  • Contribution to the current project sustainment methodologies and continuous improvement of services and engagement models. 

  • Provide updates to clients on hours spent from the contract. 

  • Participate in and contribute to activities relating to the professional management and engagement of external commercial work. 

 

 Project/Engagement Execution: 

  • Focal point of contact for clients 

  • Balancing resources for sustainment work 

  • Reporting to the client on hours spent 

  • Tracking project performance. 

  • Project evaluations and results measurement. 

In addition to the above: 

  • Perform any other responsibilities effectively and diligently, that the manager may consider being within the job holders range of capabilities. 

  • To uphold and promote the company’s beliefs and values, applying them to all aspects of business. 

Education Qualification: 

  • Degree qualified (or sufficient professional experience). 

Other Desired Experience: 

  • Commercial exposure & demonstrable understanding of this. 

  • Resource management. 

  • Proven delivery track record of complex solutions working with challenging demands and client scenarios.
