Supports with total reward insight and guidance to the business, working as part of a team to provide support across different initiatives and specific areas of specialty. Works closely with colleagues across the business to provide support for reward solutions which assist business delivery. Work can include validating compensation data and reconciling audit reports. There is also an element of delivery for all annual reward activities. Supports ongoing implementation and embedding of all global reward programmes (both cyclical and change) as well as the provision of total reward education across the business units.
Accountabilities
- Participates as a project team member to deliver projects or reward sub-processes
- Provides day-to-day support on routine reward queries, or more complex enquiries within a single field of expertise, understands and resolves queries
- Validate and reconcile compensation and benefits data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Identify and address discrepancies or anomalies in the data and collaborate with relevant collaborators to rectify issues
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement
- Prepare and present clear, concise reports and insights to support decision-making by HR and business leaders
- Ensure that all compensation and benefits data adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Audit as relevant areas to ensure governance has been applied
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data validation processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
