The Compensation & Benefits Sr.Analyst will be part of a global Compensation team to provide guidance in the development and delivery of effective compensation programs and policies that support the company’s business and talent strategies. In this role, you will provide consultative services on employee benefits and compensation topics and ensure fair and competitive practices to attract, retain and motive employees, with a focus on compensation activities in India and APAC.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark

  • Responsible for compensation and employee benefits strategy and plan design for India and APAC, including analyzing existing programs ensuring they are competitive, cost effective and valued by employees ·

  • Ensure that compensation and benefits practices are in compliance with local laws, regulations and aligned to the Company’s strategy and business goals and objectives

  • Manage compensation and benefits vendors and consultants, including policy renewals · Proactively monitor and analyze emerging trends, issues and best practices related to compensation programs within the region and external market

  • Responsible for implementation and management of periodic compensation and benefits projects such as benefits enrollment, market benchmarking and analysis, survey submissions, compensation review cycles for merit, promotions, and incentive payouts

  • Ensure integrity of HRIS data by maintaining all benefits and compensation plans and changes for employees in Workday

  • Support the local Human Resources team in compensation queries, system issues, and compensation processes

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication · Ability to work non-core business hour to collaborate with the Global Compensation team

  • Strong and organizational, time management and interpersonal skills with ability to build cross functional relationships and influence across levels ·

  • 5+ years of solid experience in compensation program design and development, preferably in a global organization

  • Advanced analytical and modeling skills using Excel and possess an ability to leverage data for insights

  • Experience in international benefits and compensation programs and with Workday is a plus
