About the Role

As an Account Manager at TD SYNNEX, you will play a pivotal role in driving client business growth by aligning with annual business plans and sales goals. What You'll Do

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, customers, and partners.

  • Educate clients, customers, and partners about DLT’s core value services and offerings.

  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities for growth and success.

  • Reach out to potential sales prospects and foster meaningful connections.

  • Prepare and present monthly sales activity reports, including Sales Plays and other documentation.

  • Engage in lead generation and proactive sales activities to drive engagement.

  • Communicate effectively with potential customers regarding assigned client products.

  • Collaborate with DLT’s OCTO team of market executives and technologists to support client growth objectives.

  • Participate in sales and marketing initiatives that promote client products.

  • Manage and document a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting to drive retention and growth.

  • Address and resolve client and customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records of quotes and sales activities in the company CRM system.

  • Track and manage opportunities to achieve sales goals and objectives.

  • Handle agreements and credit terms as necessary.

  • Collaborate on internal and client/partner joint business plans to execute Business Planning Objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • The ideal candidate has DLT, Red Hat or sole source contract experience.

  • College degree or equivalent work or military experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

  • 2-4 years in sales, general business, customer service, and/or team leadership roles.

  • 1-2 years of experience with the public sector procurement process is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Legacy DLT, Red Hat, or sole source contracts is beneficial but not required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • A proactive learner with a problem-solving mindset who can work independently and collaboratively.

  • Resilient and dedicated to continuous improvement for yourself and the company.

  • Ability to thrive in a professional office setting or remote work environment, depending on business needs.
