Job Description: Develops, implements and maintains company compensation policies and programs. This role will partner with the business to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation. This role will engage in work such as job descriptions reviews, conducting job analysis, pricing roles and advising HRBPs and business leaders on best practices for offers and promotions/job changes. This role will also serve as the primary point of contact as it relates to compensation programs and processes for all international locations. This role maintains a working knowledge of relevant rules, regulations and labor contracts that may affect compensation policies. This role may partner with other compensation team members to analyze, design and communicate company compensation programs such as salary structures, bonus plans, and stock plans.
What you will do:
- Partner with and support the business area to develop, implement and administer compensation policies and program
- Consult on compensation matters with Human Resource Business Partners & Business Leaders
- Perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model potential impact of alternatives
- Drive compensation program changes with business area(s) - from presenting to senior leadership to communications & training with people managers
- Formulate recommendations regarding development of company salary structure, job revisions and organizational structures
- Prepare special studies and recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation or stock plans
- Utilize analytical skills to build standard compensation dashboards that will be used across the company
- Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position
- Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices
- Recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related challenges
- Provide coaching and training to the HR team and managers on compensation topics
- Acts as a mentor in area of expertise
- Provides organizational level strategic expertise
What you will need:
- 8+ years of corporate compensation experience
- Knowledge of International compensation laws and regulations (Germany, Poland, UK and China)
- Advanced Excel skills - Macros, Pivot Tables, etc
- Powerpoint & presentation experience
- Desire & ability to interact with senior leadership
- Strong presentation & facilitation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate to associates, all levels of management & external vendors & clients
- Ability to bring diverse groups together to gain consensus
- Strong planning and project mgmt skills
