In a nutshell:

Drive new business opportunities and sales revenue growth

  • Segmentation and targeting of new accounts to implement the right sales activities
  • Developing and completing sales strategy together with the National Sales Manager and Snr Sales Representative team to achieve our targets
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams (including sales, marketing, technical, and product management), to align strategies and increase revenue for our products
  • Leading negotiations and discussions with key decision makers to close deals and secure favourable contracts

Lead and support the pre-sales activities for new accounts

  • Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the orthopaedics field
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including orthopaedic surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing managers
  • Initiating training sessions for surgeons and healthcare professionals to ensure they are proficient in using our advanced technology
  • Ensuring that all installations and implementations for Robotics are aligned with our strategic growth requirements

What will you need to be successful?

  • Master's degree or equivalent in health sciences, business, or a related field
  • Confirmed experience within orthopaedics
  • Strong ability to identify and win new business, driving profitability and value
  • Delivery of value-based business proposals to key target customers in defined accounts to meet in year sales revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent Dutch, and good level of English language. French language is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Outlook

Working Conditions:

  • Mobility required for field visits, especially to engage with surgeons and healthcare professionals (driving license needed)
