In Group Digital we aspire to be a trusted partner in leveraging technology to enable our company strategy. Our ERP Implementation team consists of 14 team members and works with SAP and D365 systems. Now we are looking for ERP Project Manager to lead the various projects related to the implementation or ERP solutions within the scope.
Responsibilities
- End to end program management – project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to cognize their needs and expectations related to ERP solutions
- Facilitate and help to execute and improve key service processes are in place and correct metrics and KPI are in place
- Driving periodic project reviews and mitigating risks with due diligence and a data driven approach
- Sets deadlines, escalating project issues, assigns responsibilities and monitors progress ensuring finalizing project according to agreed time
- Contributing to the delivery of all aspects of the project and services: controlling and reporting on project activities, systems and information security
- Reporting, analyzing, and resolving issues related to the implementation, stakeholders and project operations that may impact service quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related area
- 8 years of experience working with D365FO or similar
- 5+ years’ experience working as a project manager
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with business processes
- Knowledge or exposure to cloud infrastructure and migration, and integration with various software solutions
- Exposure to Azure DevOps, Office 365 , Share point, Visio, LCS
- Knowledge of SQL
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Dynamics
- Fluent in English - spoken and written

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate constructively and precisely in relation to others both verbally and in writing at all levels of the Institution, including with senior management
- Ability to be positive in ever changing and demanding circumstances, towards people & responsibilities
- Ability to contribute actively to joint results even in matters , which are not of immediate personal interest
