Director Product Management

What's the role?:

As the Director of Product Management, you'll lead a team of Product Managers responsible for the core enablers and capabilities that:

• Provide a seamless, self-serve experience for HERE’s customers and partners to manage products (usage, access, billing, support).
• Elevate developer productivity for over 1,500 HERE engineers, driving product reliability and delivering customer value.

In this role, you'll have significant impact by making strategic decisions for key product lines, driving innovation that leads to new products or major enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results that move the business forward.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, using data and customer insights.
• Develop business cases, product visions, and strategies to meet both current and future needs.
• Translate complex problems into actionable product requirements for engineering, UX, and other teams.
• Build and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and OKRs.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure HERE remains competitive.
• Drive continuous improvements in efficiency and product operations.
• Regularly communicate product performance metrics (customer satisfaction, adoption, revenue) to stakeholders and leadership.

You thrive in a collaborative, agile, and innovation-driven culture, and you have influence at all levels. You’ll excel if you bring most of the following:

• 10+ years in product management, with proven experience leading teams, defining product vision, and delivering customer value.
• A strong track record of growing product usage and/or revenue across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in platform product management or with developer-facing products (e.g., SaaS consoles, developer tools).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, data platforms, geospatial technology, big data, or AI/ML.
