NOTE: This is a FULLY remote role. The candidate will collaborate with their peers and internal customers in North America and Europe. You DO need to be located in Europe (including the UK) for this role.

About the role:


As Director of Sales - Europe at Hostaway, you’ll drive new business growth in the B2B SaaS vacation rental sector. Owning the Go-To-Market strategy, you’ll execute key initiatives to expand our European footprint and consistently meet or exceed MRR targets. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact Hostaway’s success by helping property managers and rental professionals thrive with our industry-leading platform.


Responsibilities:


The following responsibilities cover high-level objectives but are not exhaustive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

  • Build a team with a winning cultural mindset

  • Manage strategic planning, recruiting, and coaching for the sales team.

  • Ensure the attainment of assigned sales targets by leading the sales process, and providing direction and recommendations to improve funnel metrics.

  • Build a scalable, repeatable, and predictable revenue engine.

  • Lead the European sales team in the acquisition of new customers, both virtually and at times, in person.

  • Use our tech stack to monitor performance, forecast, and report results concisely.

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop regional campaigns and materials.

  • Support the sales team in contract negotiations, manage deals to closing, and ensure a smooth handoff to implementation.

  • Coordinate company presence at key events and tradeshows, as well as in-person meetings to capture mid-market to enterprise-level opportunities.

  • Partner with the product team to deepen understanding of our product, competitive landscape, and regional customer integration.
