Job description

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruiting Sourcer to partner with our recruiting team. In this role, you’ll focus on sourcing exceptional candidates for leadership positions within our Teamshares network companies. This is a part-time, flexible role designed for 20 hours per week, making it ideal for someone with a self-starter attitude and a knack for connecting with talent in unique ways. This position is fully remote and can be based anywhere within the United States.

What you'll do:
  • Identify and source candidates for leadership roles across Teamshares network companies, primarily using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Pursue and leverage both internal and external referrals, ensuring follow-through to identify strong talent pipelines.
  • Employ innovative strategies to discover and engage top talent, thinking creatively to expand our reach.

  • Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
