Job description

Executive Assistant needed to work for a national financial services firm. In this role, you will support the Director of Operations by managing daily operations of the tax practice, streamlining workflows, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.   Our client, located near Perimeter Mall, is a rapidly growing, boutique registered investment advisory firm which provides investment management services for individuals and small to mid-sized companies.  This is a full-time, hybrid remote position after the initial training period.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple practice areas, including tax advisory, return preparation, bookkeeping, administration, and client services
  • Use existing systems and technology to refine workflows and improve operational processes
  • Manage and track project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Assist with client communications and help enhance the overall client experience
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and document preparation
  • Provide operational support to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a professional services environment, particularly in an operations or project-based role
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a client-first attitude
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Salesforce experience is preferred
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
