The successful candidate will work with the Proposal Manager to support the production of the RFP response in collaboration with other internal resources such as solution engineering, solution consulting, professional services, solution marketing and IT, and by using the RFP response tool.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Schedule and attend weekly RFP intake calls and document key takeaways.Assist Proposal Manager to create proposal schedules and tracking of deadlines for each stage of the proposal.Schedule and attend proposal development meetings including kick-off calls, check-ins, proposal review meetings and debriefs.Coordinate, track and follow up with Subject Matter Experts during the proposal development process to ensure work is completed in line with deadlines.Support proposal writing, editing and formatting as needed, including compiling standard company information and boilerplate material.Review completed proposal responses to ensure alignment with company branding and ensure customer-facing documents demonstrate superior professional packaging.Assist with post-submission activities, including Salesforce updates and ensuring final documentation is saved accordingly.Maintain Proposal Team SharePoint site to ensure centralized data for proposal processes and tools are up to date, organized and accessible.Support administration and management of the RFP response tools.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor`s Degree in a relevant field such as English, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing is generally preferred; however, equivalent work experience will be considered.2+ of technical writing in a sales environment and/or proposal writing is preferred.Experience with an RFP automation software such as RFPio, Loopio, or HyperComply is preferred.Ability to work under pressure with multiple challenging deadlines in a highly cross-functional role and fast-paced, high-growth dynamic software sales environment. Previous experience in EHSQ&S practices or software would be an asset.Must possess excellent written, verbal communications and presentation skills, strong project management and time management skills, and excellent attention to detail. Must be fluent in English.
