Job description

About the role:
We are hiring for both a Junior Account Manager and an Account Manager position at BM Digital, a digital marketing agency focused on paid media and creative solutions. In either role, you’ll play a key part in helping shape and execute effective marketing strategies for our clients. This role reports directly to the Account Director, with whom you’ll work closely to ensure the success and growth of the brands in your portfolio. A strong foundation in digital marketing, particularly in paid media and influencer marketing, is essential, as is experience in managing client relationships. Your entrepreneurial mindset and ability to spot growth opportunities will be key, allowing you to build cases for additional spend or new campaign launches. You’ll be responsible for delivering cross-channel strategies on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Twitter to drive growth and meet client objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as their main contact, guiding them through various stages of their marketing journey.
  • Own the client relationship, managing a portfolio of accounts with a strategic approach to meet client and agency objectives.
  • Partner closely with the Account Director to support the success and growth of brands within your portfolio.
  • Lead the planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns, particularly for retail or e-commerce clients.
  • Spot growth opportunities and make the case for additional spend, new campaigns, or projects that align with client goals.
  • Deliver cross-channel strategies to help clients reach business objectives, collaborating closely with internal teams for successful outcomes.
  • Develop and present compelling presentations, building decks with engaging narratives and delivering them in person or via video calls.
  • Navigate senior-level relationships, managing challenges with resilience and adapting to the changing needs of your portfolio.

Ideal candidate profile:

  • 2-3 years of experience in account management with a focus on paid digital advertising, ideally in e-commerce.
  • Proven track record in managing senior-level relationships and overcoming challenges with a resilient and adaptable approach.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with an entrepreneurial eye for spotting growth opportunities.
  • Experience with platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Twitter to drive business growth.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both in deck creation and in delivery.

Compensation:
We are hiring for both a Junior Account Manager and an Account Manager, so compensation will depend on experience and role level. The base monthly salary ranges from $1,500 to $2,300, along with a competitive commission program based on client retention and growth.
