Job Description

Dive into the fast-paced world of executive recruiting as a Research and Data Management Specialist. You’ll be at the forefront of building and maintaining an extensive network of professional contacts, directly impacting the company’s growth trajectory. Utilize your LinkedIn expertise and Excel prowess to support high-level executive placements nationwide. Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on potential client companies using LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Maintain and expand contact databases of 400-500 entries in Excel, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
  • Verify and update company information, including names, websites, and email addresses
  • Identify and add new prospects to existing contact lists, fueling business development efforts
  • Support lead generation by providing well-researched, organized information to the executive team
  • Optimize data management processes for improved efficiency and scalability
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in using LinkedIn as a powerful research tool
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, organization, and basic analysis
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with the executive recruiting industry is a plus
