Marketing CRM Manager

Job Description

As a CRM Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving and enhancing the CRM marketing strategy and activation of the Consumer Engagement & Care for Dental Professionals and Midwives in our Personal Health Business, and deliver product increments that drive acquisition, engagement, endorsement and conversion. You will work closely with our Oral Healthcare and Mother and Childcare Businesses, and Philips Regions globally to enable and support their growth plans by developing a seamless CRM marketing strategy for our professional audiences, providing easy access to our product information and thought leadership content, and building learning & sampling capabilities.

You will work together with the Global CRM Lead and you will collaborate with various departments to align on CRM strategies with Professionals business goals and marketing objectives, ensuring consistency in our End2End journey across audiences and drive continuous improvement, leveraging existing capabilities and where necessary, developing new ones.


Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Managing the end2end digital CRM journeys and adhoc marketing campaigns experience for PH Professionals: Design and implement strategies to enhance professionals’ acquisition, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value. Utilize CRM data to generate actionable insights, optimizations, and support strategic decision-making
  • Enabling new templates, functionalities and continuous improvements of our professional audiences’ CRM marketing experience and drive impact for our Personal Health Business and Regions
  • Being the SPOC for the businesses and regions for marketing CRM for Professionals, and bring transparency
  • Manage the digital marketing CRM for Professionals roadmap/priorities based on value and effort required, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end2end view
  • Monitor and asses KPIs performance, produce insightful reporting and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Act as a product owner to ensure CRM system functionality aligns with business goals and marketing objectives, and translate the business requirements to the technical requirements for the product owners and IT teams.
  • Work with CRM Lead and Product Owner to produce the required output according to the agile ceremonies to support the business owners
  • Enhance CRM processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay ahead of CRM / digital transformation trends and best practices, and translate into concrete actions to maintain a competitive edge and drive business results

Job Requirements:

  • Master or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration​
  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience with track record in Marketing and CRM ​
  • Consumer/Professional Healthcare industry experience an advantage​
  • Demonstrated Experience in designing, building and activating CRM Journeys/campaigns​
  • Strong in creating and maintaining structure. Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and tasks across multiple projects​
  • Working knowledge of software development cycles and agile methodology
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to connect people and ideas, and collaborate effectively​, next to influencing skills and natural authority
  • Drive for swift execution and taking ownership to deliver ​
  • Self-starter, structured, analytical & data driven decision maker​
  • Fluency in Business English
