Job Description
Trade Compliance Intern

Trade compliance that facilitates international trade in relation to customs handling in such a way that it secures and optimizes the international goods flow between countries by complying (=risk reduction) with local and international (customs) regulations. From build and deployment to local execution and continuous improvement.

Your role:

  • Preparing for executing the declaration/correction procedure in time, in accordance with the customs legislations and requirements

  • Execute statistical customs and VAT reports

  • Helpdesk for internal customers inquiries

  • Executing (updating) Customs table management

  • Flagging possible problems and escalate when applicable

You're the right fit if:

  • You are a student of at least 2nd year of Bachelor’s studies  

  • You are fluent in English (at least strong B2)   

  • You express availability to work at least 30-40 hours/ week  

  • You have basic knowledge level of Excel and Word
