About this role

As an Engineering Manager you will lead multiple product teams of top engineers, passionate about solving complex problems and delivering high-quality software for our customers. 

We are looking for a person that is enthusiastic and versatile, a great team-player with strong work ethic, eager to guide and grow its teams into mastery and autonomy. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team of engineers to foster solid engineering principles and represent our engineering values;

  • Drive team performance through goal setting, regular feedback, and performance reviews;

  • Facilitate effective team ceremonies and ensure smooth project execution;

  • Manage project priorities, resources, and risks across multiple initiatives;

  • Collaborate with Architects, POs, and technical leads to define and deliver on the roadmap;

  • Collaborate with the peer stakeholders to get a commitment and deliver the work timely and with quality;

  • Strong technical background to help the team unblock issues;

  • Utilize both your technical and relational skills to lead large scale projects to completion;

  • Collaborate, influence, and drive for improvement across the teams;

  • Lead organizational change initiatives and process improvements;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or similar;

  • Experience with managing and mentoring multiple multidisciplinary teams of software engineers;

  • Demonstrated expertise in fostering and advancing a collaborative team culture;

  • Communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams located in several countries with different cultures;

  • ​​Excellent stakeholder management skills to engage, communicate, negotiate and work towards compromise and success during product development;

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results; 

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and modern engineering practices;

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and team ceremonies;

  • Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, development best practices, continuous delivery and software testing;

  • Experience with Mobile Development is a plus;
