Job Description:
Requirements Elicitation, Understanding, Analysis, & Management
• Understand the project's Vision and requirements, and contribute to the creation of the supplemental requirements.

Project Planning, Tracking, & Reporting
• Estimate the tasks and resources required to design, create (build), and test the code for assigned module(s).
• Provide inputs in creating the detailed schedule for the project.
• Support the team in project planning activities, in evaluating risks, and shuffle priorities based on unresolved issues.
• During development and testing, ensure that assigned parts of the project/modules are on track with respect to schedules and quality.
• Note scope changes within the assigned modules and work with the team to shuffle priorities accordingly.
• Communicate regularly with the team about development changes, scheduling, and status.
• Participate in project review meetings.
• Tracking and reporting progress for assigned modules

Business Analysis Skills
-> Requirement Gathering: Ability to gather and document business requirement from stakeholders effectively.
-> Process Mapping: Skills in mapping business processes/functionalities and translating them into Salesforce requirement.
-> User Stories & Use Cases: Writing clear and concise user stories and use cases for development teams.
Qualifications:

7 + Years of experience in analyzing and understanding application storyboards and\or use cases and develop functional application modules.

1. Salesforce Platform Knowledge
  -> Salesforce Fundamental: Understanding of Salesforce features, capabilities, and the overall ecosystem.
  -> Declarative Tools: Basic understanding of using point and click tools like Flows and Approval Processes.
  -> Data Management: Skills in managing data within Salesforce, data modeling and keeping data hygiene in good shape.
  -> Reporting & Dashboard: Ability to create and customize reports and dashboards for business insights.
  -> Salesforce Architecture: Basic understanding of salesforce architecture, including objects, fields and relationships. Ability to traverse in Salesforce ecosystem.

 

2. Business Analysis Skills
  -> Requirement Gathering: Ability to gather and document business requirement from stakeholders effectively.
  -> Process Mapping: Skills in mapping business processes/functionalities and translating them into Salesforce requirement.
  -> User Stories & Use Cases: Writing clear and concise user stories and use cases for development teams.

 

3. Communication Skills:
  -> Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate effectively with business at all levels.
  -> Presentation Skills: Presenting Salesforce solutions, findings and recommendations clearly.
  -> Documentation: Proficiency in creating detailed and clear documentation for various audiences.
  -> Tools and Techniques: Knowledge of Data manipulation and data presentation tools like MS Office, Visio etc. are preferable.

 

4. Project Management:
  -> Agile Methodology: Familiarity with agile principles and practices. Should have experience of working on at least one project management tool like Jira, GitLab etc.
  -> Project Coordination: Coordinating between teams, managing timelines and ensuring project milestones are met.


Knowledge:
• Should have worked on end-to-end development project, possess excellent communication skills and has prior direct client facing experience.
• Experience in working with design patterns
• Strong knowledge of relational database concepts
• Experience in working on Agile/ Devops model and cloud related models
• Come up with approaches for a given problem statement
• Coordinate with AGILE team
