What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing the highest levels of customer care exceeding our customers’ expectations
  • Delivering exceptional service via phone, live chat, emails and social channels
  • Proficiency interacting with multiple systems
  • Being a product expert, providing a personalised shopping experience

Please note: this role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends.

The Must Haves  

  • 1+ year experience in a fast-paced customer care environment.
  • Working to stretched targets.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Positive and welcoming attitude with a collaborative spirit.
  • Excellent follow up and follow through.
  • Detailed orientated and highly organized.
  • High degree of self-initiative and adaptability.
  • Embraces and thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Fluent in English – Verbal and written
