KBR is an industry leader in Health and Human Performance, and we operate globally supporting our customers.  Our Science & Space Business Unit is actively recruiting a DoD  Skillbridge Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Sourcer / Recruiter.  In this role, you will report to one of our Lead Recruiters and join a team of talented and committed Talent Advisor’s and learn how to attract, source, and hire talent across our business areas.  You will also support our Military and Skillbridge hiring initiatives. 

This is a remote position and ideally looking for the selected candidate to start in December or January and be available via Skillbridge for 3-4 months. 

Along with a continuous curiosity to learn and grow professionally and personally, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Collaborate with your Recruiting Peers and our Programs to attract, source, identify and hire across different disciplines and skillsets to include Clinical and Mental Health Professional to Engineers. 
  • Build a pipeline of candidates for our Human Performance Division
  • Learn and utilize various recruiting databases and applicant tracking systems to include, Workday, Phenom CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc. 
  • Support surge recruiting as needed
  • Follow OFCCP and all other regulations to ensure KBR is being fair and compliant with our recruiting practices.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Eligible for DoD Skillbridge and approval from your Unit.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of two (3) years of Recruiting experience in the military.  Additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of degree
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, be a team player willing to pitch in as needed, be adaptable to change, able to multi-task, and work well in a high pressure, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualification

  • Prior experience utilizing recruiting databases and applicant tracking systems, i.e. Workday and Phenom.
  • Prior experience recruiting Medical and Clinical Professionals
