Position Title: Executive VA with SMM experience

Location: Remote

Type of Employment: Full-time

Salary Range: PHP 35,000.00 - 40,000.00

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with experience in social media management. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to our executive team, managing their schedules, communications, and day-to-day activities. Additionally, you will oversee and maintain the executives' social media presence, ensuring a consistent and professional image across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage executives' calendars, coordinate appointments, and arrange meetings.
  • Handle email correspondence, prioritize messages, and draft responses on behalf of executives.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics as needed.
  • Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee the executives' personal and professional social media accounts, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Create, curate, and schedule content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos.
  • Monitor and respond to engagement on social media, maintaining a professional tone and fostering positive connections.
  • Track social media metrics and analyze performance to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to keep executives' profiles relevant and engaging.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
  • Improve office processes to streamline workflow and increase efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, with additional experience in social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
