Loan Processor

Responsibilities:

• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify supporting documents, such as income statements, tax returns, and property appraisals.
• Analyze credit reports and scores to assess borrower creditworthiness.
• Assist underwriters in evaluating loan risk and recommending approval or denial.
• Organize and maintain loan files throughout the processing process.
• Coordinate with closing agents to ensure a smooth closing process.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable lending regulations and guidelines.
  
• Provide excellent customer service to borrowers and loan officers.
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the loan processing process.
• Accurately input loan data into loan origination systems.
