As a Creative Operations Specialist, your essential job functions will include the following:
Project Management
- Conduct project kick-off meetings to gather pertinent information in order to fully support individual projects and the Creative Services team.
- Manage projects by assessing workload and adjusting resources as necessary.
- Identify and engage resources to successfully complete campaigns/projects.
- Manage and track projects from planning through delivery via web-based project management tool including creation of projects, assignment of tasks for all associated deliverables, structure of timeline, and communication.
- Manage show/event creative materials including creation of booth graphics, materials, premium items, and apparel.
- Communicate project dates, deliverables, and status updates to internal requestors and vendors.
- Coordinate production/fulfillment of marketing materials and ensure projects are on schedule to meet deadlines.
- Manage internal requests and ensure Dealer Tire brand standards are being met.
- Manage back orders, process and track orders for OEM-branded items on fulfillment site.
- Manage and track project-related invoices.
- Through individual initiative and team collaboration, continuously develop and improve project management and production processes.
- Manage and track Creative Services invoices.
- Manage Custom POP Ordering sites.
Relationship Management
- Work with the creative team, other internal teams, and vendors to ensure successful communication and completion of projects.
- Work with Program Management to ensure understanding of expectations for successful completion of projects.
- Communicate and negotiate project dates, deliverables, requirements and status updates to internal departments and vendors.
- Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate materials sourcing.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in marketing, project management and traffic/production.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to accommodate for ambiguity in projects by using problem solving skills to determine efficient solutions.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate directly with dealers and account managers.
- Knowledge of web-based project management tools, proofing and ordering tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, Basecamp experience preferred.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
- Positive and team-oriented attitude with ability to work well within cross functional teams.
- Basic understanding of design & production processes.
- Project organization and management experience demonstrating independent decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize and effectively deliver multiple projects concurrently.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus or profit sharing. Base Pay Range:
$68,500-$80,000
