Job description

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SMFT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Fortra Globalscape EFT software and be responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining Secure Managed File Transfer (SMFT) workloads.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop New SMFT Workloads:
Create and implement event rules, workflows, and encryption/decryption processes.
Manage account creation and SSH key authentication.
Oversee PGP/SSH key management.
Support and Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing SMFT workloads.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SMFT processes.
Ensure the security and integrity of file transfers.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Fortra Globalscape EFT software.
Strong understanding of SMFT processes and best practices.
Proficiency in encryption/decryption, SSH key authentication, and PGP/SSH key management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
