Fresh Prints is a New York City-based custom apparel start-up. We find incredible students and give them training and support to build the business at their schools.
We have 500+ students who will do over $20 million in sales over the next 12 months. Your job is to help Fresh Prints find more incredible students who drive revenue. You’ll do this by working directly on sourcing, qualifying, and converting leads into Campus Managers.
As a Campus Recruitment Intern, you will tackle those questions and many more. You’ll do that by directly working with our Recruiting Team Manager, whom you'll report to.
We’re looking for someone willing to take ownership, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is proactive. The ideal candidate should have great people skills and/or sales/recruiting experience.
One of our most consequential and high-value growth avenues is recruiting more student entrepreneurs who sell apparel. You'll be directly responsible for that.
Needless to say, you’ll grow as Fresh Prints grows. This is the perfect role for someone early in their Recruiting/Sales/Growth careers. You’ll get all the time and support you need to learn a lot, develop professionally, and have a big impact.
