Executive Assistant
Key Role:
Perform a variety of complex and routine administrative duties, with minimal supervision, in compliance with oral and written guidance and policies, execute independent decisions within established guidelines, and perform a full range of administrative services, including organizing a travel schedule and maintaining and organizing a heavy calendar, such as scheduling meetings, understanding whether appointments should be scheduled with other team members, deconflicting competing appointments, and completing expense reports. Assist the executives with managing and prioritizing the daily workload and adjusting for revised priorities, including preparing meeting materials and maintaining continuity of office in the executives' absence. Oversee processes tied to compliance, onboarding staff, and other administrative activities. Pay strict attention to detail when composing and proofing materials, establish priorities and meet deadlines. Review and provide input on the team’s correspondence and documentation, prepare expense reports in compliance with policy, provide guidance to the executives, apply detailed knowledge of the firm’s operations, organizational procedures, and personnel, and serve as a point of contact with the other administrative and leadership teams. Leverage network and resources to accomplish objectives effectively, participate in or lead team initiatives, as needed, and take initiative to improve operations and office best practices within established guidelines. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support in a large corporate environment
Experience with calendar management, making domestic and international travel arrangements, managing and preparing expense reports, and planning meetings
Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledge of business correspondence and drafting letters and communications
Ability to create presentations in PowerPoint
HS diploma or GED

Ability to be detail-oriented and proofread grammar and punctuation with a high level of accuracy
Ability to be collaborative and promote a team environment
Ability to multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $47,000.00 to $96,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
