  • This position is currently hybrid, with 4 days in the office, in Northfield, and 1 day working from home.

What you will do:  Deposit and Lending Functions

  • Support to MSX clients by serving as a liaison between internal contacts such as Deposit Operations, Fraud, BSA and Cash Vault and external MSX Wintrust vendors such as iStream (Wintrust Checks+), Brinks (vault), and National Financial Services (money orders).

  • Handle daily fraud claims, duplicate presentments, Fed reclamations protests and Brinks vault projections.

  • Responsible for the customer experience by providing high touch support to Commercial clients by serving as a liaison between internal contacts such as Loan Ops, Treasury Management and Deposit Operations.

  • Provides Administrative Support for 3-5 Lenders on more complex portfolios within a specific market.

  • Handle daily customer requests via phone and/or system such as account opening, balance inquiries, wire processing.

  • Perform advances, transfers, payoffs and pay downs on loans.

  • Troubleshoot and investigate customer issues and onboard new clients.

  • Support Relationship Managers by answering calls, preparing packages, data entry, tracking vendor invoices and gathering information to resolve issues or complete projects.

  • This position is currently hybrid, with 1 day working remotely.

Qualifications:

  • Commercial or personal banking experience preferred.

  • Strong customer support experience required.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environment.
