Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Sr. HRM of Defense and Systems and dotted line to the D&S Integrated Talent Leader, the HR Strategy and Operations Leader will work closely with the D&S HR team on operations / data / FLIGHT DECK efforts and processes. This includes Workforce Planning, SGA Headcount Management, and optimize work and collaboration while driving P&L alignment. This role will also support building an inclusive and modern talent operating system that enables the business to acquire, develop, engage and ultimately retain the best talent for today and tomorrow.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support regular reviews and audits to ensure P&L alignment including collaborations with Finance and WD teams to facilitate the necessary changes
  • Manages multiple data and analytics projects and requests and develop operational processes and guidelines
  • Drive quarterly bonus alignment review and tracking
  • Supporting other TR related roll ups including equity grant allocations, merit/bonus planning, special grants, etc.
  • Communicate effectively with HR COEs to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Identify systemic OD/OE approach to optimize D&S org structure   
  • Lead HR staff, D&S and HR offsite planning and all HR calls
  • Support short-term and long-term priorities that enable D&S business objectives and KPIs.  Establish mechanisms for tracking and action planning against key talent KPIs/metrics. 
  • Develop and track key metrics to measure impact of talent management programs and initiatives—drive a focus on standard, scalable metrics, and measures.
  • Coordinate talent operating cadences in support of achieving business objectives.
  • Support and facilitate the succession planning and talent review process.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence subject matter experts (including WE&I Workforce and Analytics team, HR operations, finance, Labor & Employment & Compliance), and leaders across the HR function to develop timely and strategic programs and processes.
  • Lead cross-functional global teams as required to implement key initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant work experience)
  • Minimum 6 years HR Client Support experience with high proficiency in data analytics

Pay Transparency

  • The base pay range for this position is $152,300 - $253,800. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on November 15, 2024.
