Description
Position at The CBORD Group, Inc.
NetMenu Product Manager
Who We Are
CBORD and Horizon are the world’s leading providers of integrated technology solutions powering housing, access, foodservice, nutrition, eCommerce, and card systems for K-12 and higher education, acute care, senior living, and business campuses. Our success and growth is directly attributed to our DREAMteam. Our culture is built on integrity, respect for our people, and continuous personal development. We maintain an entrepreneurial spirit, where creativity, innovative problem solving, and learning agility drive our day-to-day actions.
The NetMenu Product Manager will play a pivotal role in sculpting the future of our Food and Nutrition SaaS platform. This position encompasses direct oversight of the vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for approximately 12-15 distinct products under the platform, akin to managing a family of products. The role demands a proactive approach to the product development lifecycle, steering it from concept through delivery. This includes robust collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing teams, and direct interactions with customers.
Successful management in this role requires an ability to handle multiple product lines simultaneously, unlike the common experience of focusing on a single product. This job is highly dynamic, involving continuous front-facing interactions and collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the day, ensuring comprehensive engagement and alignment across the board.
Salary Range: $90K - $100K

launch, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure flawless execution.

customer feedback to refine product strategies continually.
- Innovation: Initiate and test minimum viable products (MVPs) to validate concepts
swiftly and effectively and monitoring the execution of projects until completion
- Product Advocacy and Communication: Act as a champion for the product,
articulating its value to stakeholders and coordinating product rollouts and sales
training.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside different teams within the company to drive cohesive efforts towards common objectives and ensure the product meets market needs.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
Experience: 5-7 years in B2B SaaS product management, with a track record of successful product launches and market penetration.
Skills:
- Proven analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

- Knowledge of healthcare or senior living foodservice operations is a plus.
Characteristics: A proactive, innovative problem-solver passionate about customer engagement and adept at managing complex projects.
