Job role

The Investment Guideline Management Team (IGM) is part of the Global LCRF Operations & Business Analytics Department. We ensure that regulatory, client and internal investment restrictions for European retail and institutional funds are in Compliance. IGM is an independent partner to Portfolio Management, Client Services and Product teams to achieve excellence across the entire Guideline Management process chain. We are looking for a Business Analyst (Junior with up to 2 years of experience) to support the daily technical operations of our Investment Guideline Monitoring Application SimCorp Dimension. The role is mainly focusing on data quality management, overseeing and maintaining data import routines as well providing system and data related status- and KPI reporting. In a challenging field and fast-moving industry, we aim to improve with each day and use process automation technology, such as Robotics, to improve our processes and systems. We are dedicated to further develop our department within a cross-regional collaboration to deliver excellence and add value at all times.

 

What you will do

  • Supporting the daily performance and operativeness of our Compliance systems
  • Overseeing the completeness of the daily portfolios delivered from source systems
  • Supporting completeness of asset related static data provided incl. follow up with internal vendors.
  • Analyzing and reporting of data and system replated KPI

 

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in Economics, Finance, IT or related subjects.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in the financial industry
  • Sound knowledge of financial markets instruments and it´s features
  • Attention to detail and a strong can-do mentality
  • A highly independent, precise, analytical, pro-active and goal-oriented working style
  • Intrinsic motivation to always deliver excellence and to improve with each day
  • A mind that challenges the status-quo and finds proper solutions
  • Affinity to work with numbers, data, financials & corporate governance.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, (PowerBI is a plus)

 

You have

  • Digital Skills such as: Power Point, Excel, Power BI and Simcorp are an advantage
