Summary

The Clinical Pathway Team (CPT) OPT Clinical Supervisor is a skilled and experienced individual who oversees our remote outpatient therapy services (OPT). As the Clinical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of therapists and clinicians who provide remote therapy services to clients in need. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality and evidence-based therapeutic interventions, provide clinical supervision and guidance to remote therapists, and collaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to facilitate optimal treatment outcomes.

Job specification

Care facilitators:

  • Clinical Supervision: Provide remote clinical supervision and guidance to a team of therapists and clinicians delivering outpatient therapeutic services. Offer ongoing feedback, support, and mentorship to enhance their professional growth and ensure adherence to best practices and ethical guidelines.
  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate with therapists and clinicians to develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs, therapeutic goals, and evidence-based practices. Ensure treatment plans are comprehensive, goal-oriented, and align with the clients' specific therapeutic needs.
  • Remote Service Delivery: Oversee and monitor the remote therapy sessions provided by the team. Ensure the delivery of high-quality and effective therapeutic interventions through telehealth platforms, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment among remote therapists and clinicians. Facilitate regular team meetings, coordinate case conferences, and encourage knowledge sharing and best practice implementation.
  • Client and Family Collaboration: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families. Collaborate with them to develop treatment goals, address concerns, and provide guidance and support throughout the therapeutic process.
  • Staff Training and Development: Develop and deliver remote training programs to therapists and clinicians, focusing on therapeutic techniques, best practices in remote service delivery, and relevant therapeutic interventions. Support ongoing professional development to ensure staff members remain up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ethical guidelines, and organizational standards. Conduct regular audits and reviews of remote therapy sessions to monitor program implementation and identify areas for improvement.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of therapeutic sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans. Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to communicate treatment outcomes, client progress, and program effectiveness.
  • Effectively manage competing demands within the area of responsibility. 
  • Build collaborative and supportive working relationships with the TA community.

Additional Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional licensure and/or certification (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, etc.) is a must.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing therapeutic services, with a focus on outpatient care.
  • Experience delivering remote therapy services through telehealth platforms.
  • Strong clinical expertise in evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to mentor and support a remote team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, clients, and families remotely.
  • Proficient in using telehealth platforms and technology for remote service delivery.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines related to remote therapy services.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in the field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and EHR.

Location and working hours:
  • Location: Remote, with quarterly travel required for leadership purposes.
  • General Working hours: 40 hours Monday-Friday, with availability to work some evenings to meet staff and client needs. Final schedule to be determined upon hiring.
