About the role:

Our client is looking for a Senior Product Manager who will drive strategic development and growth of their advanced mobile app, helping elevate the user experience and product impact in a fast-paced PropTech environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Product Strategy & Planning: Work closely with the senior stakeholders to shape a comprehensive product vision and strategy, laying out a clear roadmap for product growth.

  • Feature Development: Manage the product life cycle, from ideation to delivery, to create valuable, user-centric features that meet the needs of homeowners, buyers, and sellers.

  • User Research & Feedback: Engage in user interviews and research initiatives to keep the product aligned with evolving customer needs, refining priorities and product strategy.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate consistent updates with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on product initiatives and foster transparency.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define, track, and interpret product metrics, using data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvements.

  • Quality Assurance: Oversee QA processes to ensure each release meets both quality and project standards.

  • Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and product operations teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product development.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: at least 4 years in product management, with mobile applications experience, with an emphasis on driving user engagement and habit formation.

  • Consumer-Focused Experience: Background in consumer-focused markets

  • Proven Track Record: Experience in scaling consumer-focused apps in high-growth settings, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and launch impactful product features.

  • Analytical Skills: Hands-on experience with data discovery, extraction, and analysis. Familiarity with database tools is a plus.

  • Product Expertise: Skilled in creating roadmaps, defining user segments, running A/B tests, and employing frameworks to support growth and product best practices.

  • UI/UX Collaboration: Proficient in building prototypes and wireframes, working closely with UI/UX designers to bring product ideas to life.

  • Project Management: Strong project management abilities to drive initiatives from start to finish.

  • Passion for PropTech: A strong interest in real estate and the desire to bring impactful, tech-driven solutions to the industry.

  • Remote Work Flexibility: This is a full-time, permanent, remote position available anywhere in Canada.
