Minimum 3+ years experience in Accounting, Post secondary education required, Advanced Excel skills required, Experience with accounting systems, Xero a plus, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key responsabilities:
- Post invoices and employee expense claims
- Manage vendor/employee reimbursements and customer invoicing
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with payroll processes and month-end journal entries
- Support financial analysis and ad hoc tasks as needed
