Our platform has seen impressive growth, focusing on the gaming and hobbyist space with coveted prizes in Pokémon, Warhammer, tech, and more. The brand is ripe for strategic expansion, and we’re looking for a proactive and adaptable Head of Growth to take the lead and make this role their own.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Growth Initiatives: Develop, launch, and manage customer acquisition strategies to diversify traffic sources and drive organic growth.
  • Implement New Technologies: Identify cutting-edge tech to support marketing, automation, and analytics goals for increased efficiency and results.
  • Leverage Marketing Channels: Expand beyond existing Meta and IG platforms by introducing new channels, including TikTok and others.
  • Email Marketing & Automation: Utilize Klaviyo (or similar platforms) to develop email/SMS campaigns, customer segmentation, and lead nurturing.
  • Create & Oversee Content: Organize social media strategy and execute with internal/external teams for impactful brand presence.
  • Analyze & Optimize Performance: Track and interpret metrics to continuously improve campaigns, providing data-driven insights for maximum growth impact.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2–4 years in a growth role within eCommerce or gaming, with a proven track record in customer acquisition and retention.
  • Email Marketing: Experience in Email Marketing (preferably Klaviyo, Active Campaign, Active campaign or similar) and other marketing automation platforms.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficient with social media platforms, especially TikTok, and experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Active Campaign).
  • Content Savvy: Strong communication skills with experience in content creation and messaging that captivates audiences.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Skilled in data analysis to optimize campaigns and implement informed strategies.
  • Adaptable and Proactive: Excels in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities, capable of taking ownership and running with initiatives.
  • ​Communication: ​Excellent verbal and written communication.
