We are currently seeking a Customer Support Consultant to join our Defense Centre team. As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and following up on cases related to Financial Crime Prevention for our end customers. Working alongside other consultants, your main objective will be to prioritize quality and efficiency in daily operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Section, your primary focus will be on providing excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Case handling in our own systems as well as our customers' systems

  • Continuous improvement and development of our case management process

  • Customer contact via various channels such as telephone and SMS

  • Develop and maintain the department's routines

  • Collaborating in cross functional teams

  • Testing of new solutions

  • Relax! You will be trained in our Internal Academy :)
