Marvell Semiconductor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Architect with solution architecture and security architecture review experience across various environment types (on-prem, cloud, data center, lab) to join our Enterprise Security Architecture team. Our ESA team plays a critical role in ensuring the security posture of Marvell's infrastructure and offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What You Can Expect
- Design and implement robust cybersecurity strategies and architecture review processes tailored to Marvell's platforms and systems.
- Review comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into architectures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and expertise on best practices for securing cloud environments, including identity and access management, data encryption, and network security.
- Partner with GRC function to review regular security audits and assessments to monitor the effectiveness of existing security measures and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of AI security controls and algorithms to safeguard sensitive data and ensure the integrity of AI models.
- Support the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) program, serving as a liaison between the cybersecurity team and business units, providing oversight and guidance on security-related matters.
- Influence the strategies and solution plans being developed in the business teams as they pertain to security.
- Stay abreast of emerging threats and trends in cloud and AI security, proactively recommending adjustments to security protocols and practices.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience in a cyber security role.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSK, or CCSP are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture.
- Proven experience designing and implementing security solutions for cloud-based environments, preferably in a semiconductor or technology company.
- Demonstrable experience and understanding of AI technologies and their security implications, including machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and frameworks related to cloud security, such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience with analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Demonstrated thought leadership, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving security initiatives to completion.
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
112,500 - 168,500, $ per annum
The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
