Reports to:  Director, Global Supply Planning and Trade Procurement

Location:  Remote

The Role

The Global Inventory Policy Analyst is responsible for successful planning and execution of trade inventory buys. This includes working with regional partners to capture their planning strategy and parameters, ensuring system accuracy allowing for correct inventory reviews. Additionally, supporting purchasing teams to ensure smooth release and creation of purchase orders by validating proper system integrations

Your Impact
The role of the Global Inventory Policy is to collaborate and ensure that our regional inventory teams have the best possible picture to review inventory investments, while providing accurate expectations to our factory partners. To accomplish this task, the primary functions of this role are, but not limited to

  • Audit and review regional planning parameters
  • Ensure system integrations have successfully populated for our buy cycle
  • Support and communicate system changes that impact inventory visibility
  • Work to develop KPI’s to show the opportunity for parameter changes

Education/Certifications:

  • BA/BS in a relevant field, or equivalent years of experience

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of inventory management/supply chain experience multilocation environment, preferably in footwear or fashion

Skills/Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with cross functional teams
  • System implementation and strong documentation skills

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
