Three Peaks International is a Sydney based staffing solutions partner which provides local and virtual staffing solutions to Australian businesses through outsourcing, recruitment, and migration. Simply put, we help businesses grow by providing them the staff they need that gets the job done.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge both in administrative and financial broking business. Below is the detailed duties and responsibilities.

  • Review and collate signed forms from the loan applicant client for verification and loan processing
  • Source and review client financials and verification documents and input the data into aggregator and ApplyOnline.
  • Generate document pack and identify gaps or missed information to complete assessment.
  • Generate and prepare compliance and application paperwork instructed by Broker, do quality check and merged signed documents and upload accurately the pack into ApplyOnline.
  • Instruct different types of valuation reports across from different banks through nominated systems (i.e Valex / Core Logic) and save down reports correctly.
  • Follow up valuation reports and responding to request for additional information.
  • Enter borrower information lenders application forms and execute instructions given by the present borrower into application forms
  • Request credit check consent via DocuSign and order credit report through various lender systems.
  • Complete pricing requests and negotiate interest rates where required.
  • Prepare loan switches and variations accurately as instructed by broker and client
  • Support Loan Review, maintain client database, manage gift cards and referral program.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • At least 1-2 years experience in mortgage process support / loans processing for Australia
  • High competency in using cloud based tools & systems. MUST have working knowledge in using Salestrekker, Vownet.
  • Have Bachelors Degree related in business or financial or alike. Qualifications in accounting and finance will be highly favored along with any loan processing experience with a reputable financial institution
  • Should have a basic understanding of mortgage finance and had direct experience in dealing with primary loan/mortgage applicants.
  • Experience in determining client requirements based on their current circumstance and finding the appropriate financial products
  • Coachable, trainable and Service-Oriented
  • Excellent numeracy skills
