The role:

We are looking for Recruitment Coordinators to work with some of our exciting clients. The contract's duration is 9 months, with the potential to extend.

Your Impact @ Matchr:

As a Recruitment Coordinator, will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by assisting with scheduling interviews, coordinating hiring activities, supporting recruitment projects, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

What you will be bringing to Matchr:

• Relevant capability (1+ year) in coordinating recruitment activities

• You live in Ukraine but you like working remotely

• Experience working in a high-growth environment, a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced organization

• Experience in scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers

• Experience with coordination in the Ukrainian market

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Ability to demonstrate good time management, understanding of the importance of prioritization, and strong organizational skills
